Why does Allstate have to be such jerks?

Got into an accident that was not my fault. My hospital bill was well over 18,000 and that is not counting out of pocket expenses, follow up doctor visits for my injury. The persons insurance PIP coverage is 10 grand and that they have to pay 10 grand of the bill. the adjuster then said what I get in pain and suffering can go towards the remaining amount of medical bills. My coverage is lower then the person who caused this so I cannot make a claim under my under-insured..Got a copy of payments made by ALLstate today showing what they will pay and what they cannot. They paid 300.00 of my bill with a balance of a little over 18,000 remaining. They stated that the reason why is because all of my benefits are exhausted! 300.00 does not sound like 10 grand. Can they get in trouble for bad faith if this is not resolved and because they did not honor the amount they said they would pay? what a crock...Allstate is a crock.

When you can actually be around him then try making the focus on him a little and just keep it light. He will come around as you start to make him feel comfortable but it will be your call. I would ask why he hasn't replied that is usually the easiest for them to be themselves? er him up and take him some cookies that always makes a man smile.

I installed avast because I heard it was a good anti virus and avg to me is kind of mediocre with virus detection and deletion. I installed avast and everything was going fine until I wanted to scan the whole computer, I had to wait for it to finish scanning the memory and it pointed out that something was corrupted in the memory and I should delete the file and restart computer. After restarting computer an error message came up saying Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt system32\drivers\ntfs.sys. You haven't stated what you're doing with the examination and the effects of pH on amylase. If it's the title of your lab report, then you can leave it how it is, but nobody can really rephrase it unless you have a clear subject and verb.

i just built a new house, which has carpet through out. i have a 3 yr old male chi who for whatever reason loves to find little place to go pee. this problem has been adressed many times. from dog training school to belly bands nothing works. i just got a 10 month old female rat t and she came crate trained...i love this!!! my male dog has always slept on my bed...do you think puting him in his own crate at night will stress him out to much or should i give it a try?

Help on PH level for freshwater aquarium?

I am trying to establish a new freshwater aquarium and I am running into problems with the pH level. Some background on the setup is that it is a 28gal bow front, has a 150 penguin bio wheel filter running currently with two filter pads, 150 watt heater with the temp stabilized at 80 degrees, and artificial plants. My process has been as follows. I set up the tank (gravel, decor, water, filter) and added TetraAqua AquaSafe to dechlorinate and condition the water. I also added Correct pH 7.0 Tank Buddies tablets. I let the system run for over a week and periodically checked pH and water temp. During this time I also added Biozyme daily to start to establish good bacteria. To help the process I added fish flakes periodically to rot so the tank could build slight ammonia so the bacteria would be able to begin to colonize and have something to "eat". After a little over a week the pH was at a perfect 7.0 and Ammonia levels were negligible.I felt cofident at this time that I could proceed with adding a few fish to aide in establishing the aquarium. I went to the local pet shop (not petco or petsmart but a very reputable CT store) and picked up a few Danio's and Silver Tipped Tetras. I introduced the fish very slowly to the tank, acclimating the bag water to the tank water and adding a little tank water to the bag every 15 minutes. After about 45 minutes I added the fish by scooping them from the bag and placing them in the tank (I did not add the bag water). The very next day I began to test pH levels daily and Ammonia levels every other day. I also ceased use of BioZyme and began using Cycle daily to supposedly continue helping in bacteria growth. From the very next day the pH has remained at 7.8 and will not budge. I have tried adding Correct pH 7.0 again but it did not move. I have been using the API pH tester and the tester included pH Down and Up drops so I have been trying the Down drops as well. Still no change. Poison levels have been higher than they should but at levels I would believe to be acceptable considering the addition of fish. As of yesterday the Ammonia was at .5 ppm Nitrite at .1 ppm and Nitrate at 7.0 ppm with pH at 7.8. Ammonia spike was highest at 1.0. Since adding the fish I have lost 1 Danio, I felt horrible as I don't believe in the whole suicide fish technique and I'm unsure if the tank conditions killed him. He was a loner from the minute he was added to the tank so not sure if he was just a weaker fish. I am feeding every other day in very small doses, takes well less than 5 minutes to eat the food, to try and limit ammonia. After this dissertation any idea on why the pH is where it is or how to get it down gradually? Any and all help greatly appreciated.

Your pitching is fine. There really isn't a bad one on your staff. I'd also keep Zumaya. He'll come around and by seasons end will have more k's than starters like Wang. You could afford to trade a bat for either a SP or another closer. Rather than going for an elite pitcher like Oswalt or Peavy (who also carry an elite reputation and price tag), I'd go after someone like Aaron Harang of the Reds or John Lackey of the Angels. Pudge and one of your second basemen could bring one of these pitchers and a competant replacement catcher someone like Michael Barrett for instance. If you had another first baseman you could put in Adrian Gonzalez could easily bring one of those two. You could also target someone like Carlos Zambrano or Erik Bedard off to a slow start. If you really want Peavy or Oswalt, Sizemore or Hanley Ramirez are the guys to offer. Those are fair trades and you have at least an adequate replacement. Maybe try to deal Uggla for Ian Snell. It sounds like you have a head to head team. If so, you may be losing some categories due to poor performance this week and others due to having too many extra bats and not enough extra pitchers. Kelly Johnson or Rowand could be dropped if needed though I'd try and deal them first.

Fruit smoothies?

I have been making smoothies for awhile now usually 2 pitchers at a time. I have to go cups that i get from restraurant supply stores and I go ahead and pour them into them and then put them into the freezer and whenever I want one I'll pull one out and let it thaw out. Same thing with plants they respire too, but in a different way. they hold in water so they won't respire water because the plant will die due to dehydration. they can't get water from the sink. lol and also another factor is water loss through the soil. when a plant looses water through the soil on a hot day the stomatas also close. for the next question, house plants are mostly tropical plants. the reason why they are thicker is because of the mesophyll cells and for photosynthesis. plants that are in light for most of the day, like outdoor plants, they tend to have thinner leaves because of the light intensity. just think of a forest. the trees that are tall get more light then others. so they don't need so much mesophyll cells for photosynthesis. plants that are on the ground need a broader, greener, and thicker leaves due to the lack of sun light.

I have twins, both about 5 weeks old, both cry all the time! I do everything you could think of, I check to see if the diaper is dirty, then I check to see if they are hungry, then I check to see if they need to be burped, then I hold them.....and then repeat the process....I took them both to the hospital after living on 45 minutes of sleep a night for one week and coming down with bronchitis from a neglected cold that I couldn't recover from due to the lack of sleep. The doc told me it could be colic and to purchase better bottles...so after some research I am looking at Dr Browns and Playtex Ventaire. I currently use Playtex, the ones with the disposable liners. Any advice from somebody who has expieriance with either brand would be greatly appreciated!! Also, tried gripe water with both girls, and it makes them vomit thier entire bottle. I have that Bissell, and am sort of, kind of, happy with it. The lever that releases the canister broke after about 6 months. I use tiny needle nosed pliers to release it. I have a puppy, and we are doing remodeling in our house. If the pup chews on wood, the vacuum can't deal with the splinters. It actually can't deal with anything larger than a small pea. It does do a good job for regular cleaning though, but if you have pets, or have something on the carpet larger than a dried pea, the Bissell may not be the machine for you.

this looks to be a pretty good computer build.. I'm guessing your collecting and building it yourself? the only things I would suggest you change, and this is fairly necessary. the 400w power supply should be at least a 650 if not a 700W to accommodate all the power that will be used. Also, I would swap out the 9500GT for at least a 9800GTX+ or even go for the 200 GTX series. The 9800GTX+ run at about 120 or so right now and they are mively better, like on par with the 200 series. GREAT CARDS! and the 200 series are a bit more. but other than if you want better sound you can always upgrade to a stand out sound card later on.

My 96 Probe SE over heating problems.?

My probe is haveing problems. I can start the car an let it idle all day an it will be fine but when i put it in drive an go it slowly starts to over heat less then half a mile but if i put it in neutral it slowly goes down again.it will go from 1/2 way up to 3/4 then to hot. I filled the radiator with coolant before winter an the car has been started every 3 days an the coolant is gone already. I also changed the thermostat as well an it had done nothing. I have a strong desire to be an AKA but I am also hugely opposed to hazing. I don't want to start the process and have to drop out because of hazing. Forty breeder bearded dragon and substrate?

So, I posted a question that had to do with substrates for my bearded dragon since I can't seem to find reptile carpet in brown for a forty breeder. I keep hearing that washed playsand is very good, but I also hear that it's dusty. Is there a way to make it not dusty that doesn't include wetting it after I stick it into my forty breeder? Also, would my bearded have less chance of impaction if I made half of the forty breeder sand and put tile on the other? This way I can keep his food on the tile end, and also feed him crickets there without him accidentally ingesting the sand. What do u guys think about this? Would anyone who is an experienced bearded keeper use this method? Or is it still dumb to use sand?

We just finished our 5th cycle ttc with the arrival of af. We haven't had any particularly stressful times trying. I had been temp charting and tracking cm, so I know when I'm ovulating. So, this month, so as not to drive myself crazy, we've decided not to try so much. I'm not temping, and I'm going to try really hard not to pay attention to what cycle day it is. My big problem is that I get very prominent patches of ewcm when I ovulate, so I'll know exactly when that is. How do I not start counting days from then and start worrying about it again? We just plan to bd every other day for the whole cycle, not paying any attention to specific days. Has anyone else found it easier conceiving by not trying so hard? Our chi got a long with large dog when he was a puppy. Now he is 3 yrs old and challanges large male dog. Ok...my fiance and I have been trying to conceive for months now with no success. The last time we had on my ovulation day which was december 22nd. I began with indigestion no matter what i ate and i have never had it before. I have been really moody and stressed and have been getting really emotional over everything. I get mild cramps very seldom and i have had constipation on a few occasions. (tmi i know) yesterday my fiance was 'sucking' on my and he jumped up and said that a tiny bit of liquid went into his mouth? and today they feel a bit achy and are sore when they are touched..I know the only way to really find out is to take a test, but i know it is still too early to take one. Why am I feeling so dizzy, nauseous, and exhausted?

About four weeks ago I was diagnosed with mono. A week ago, I was put into isolation at college because I had come down with the Swine Flu. After a week in iso, I expected to feel better but I never did. I've been doing nothing but resting and I cannot shake this overwhelming dizzy/nauseous feeling. I was told that it was due to my immune system working double time and being extremely weak from both the mono and the H1N1 but I'm not sure if I believe that is the only reason I've been feeling this way. The severity of the dizziness comes in waves and I'm so nauseous that I have no appetite. Also, whenever I try to eat it causes me to feel like I'm going to projectile vomit everywhere. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?

What is wrong with my laptop? Help, please!?

I have a Fujitsu N3530 laptop, its three years old. I've taken it to be repaired twice, once for a fan replacement and once to fix the screen imaging. Right now it has a very different problem. I'll be on it for 5-10 minutes, then a screech and a sound like a fuse popping and it goes black. The power on is still on, the disk drive still opens and closes, but the screen has no image and the only thing I can do is shut it off by holding down the power on. It takes an hour or two for it to restart ok. I receive no error messages, not even a warning against the improper shutdown when rebooting. What's wrong with it?

I'm trying to get a car loan from a bank?

im 20 i'm about to be 21, i haven't established credit yet but i would like to by doing car loans, i been to about 2 car lots so far and they tell me i need a co-signer and even then i can be rejected because i have no credit. I got my g/fs dad to co-sign for me but he has zero credit as well when they checked it and we weren't able to get the car. I am looking to create posters/prints/flyer's for music, sports, etc. To be eventually printing on docu-color printer most likely via .pdf format. For example like a 28" x 12" small concert poster. That I can make using a variety of fonts, clip-art, imported images, drawings, etc. to Create them and maybe eventually sell. I'm a creative artist on a budget that needs to make some extra cash, not to mention I also love making the artwork. I eventually plan on doing this full time but don't have the money for the software, schooling, etc. So basically if you could recommend some type of freeware/openware/etc. that would be great!! Comparable to something like illustrator, photoshop, etc... what I'll eventually have to get i'm sure.
