CW Supernatural...Could Someone Please Explain?

The main problem of Season 6 is the issue of the war between Castiel and Raphael. It's turning Cas bad and Dean and Sam are trying to fix it. Also, another problem is the fact that Crowley (and Cas) are trying to find purgatory and collect the souls, potentially allowing more demons like Eve to escape.
