Need a snowboard thats good on the mountain but even better in the park.?

Im 6ft tall, 160pounds and looking for a snowboard that can ride slopes with ease and comfortability, but be able to do better in the park. I want my board to be either a Rome or DC. My price range is between $300 and $360. Also it would be nice if someone could point me out in what boots would be best for park but also have a little mountain in them so i can ride wherever.
