PDA SMARTPHONE INQUIRY?

Okay I just got a job, and im 17 and now require a phone that will let me create and edit doents in word.. something I could also use for school research ect..etc *It would be a bonus if It had a qwerty board too! Does anybody have any ideas? And any good plans? + I also live in Durham..Ontario
