Is there a way to snowboard without snow?

I know that you can use astroturf but that is too expensive for me. Also rite now we are just having these weird heat wavesbut now it is really cold again, and im no good at skateboarding when im wearing too much cloths. And using a castor board just isnt the same. Beause im only thirteen my budget on this one is about 40 bucks. I want to snowboard!!!
