Republicans: A Health Care Question for you...?

If a child of yours was recently graduated from college, had a painfully chronic condition, and could only acquire a marginal paying job without health care benefits, due to the state of the economy, and you yourself as their parent were unable to pay the expensive unsubsidized premiums, would you be okay with letting your child struggle on with chronic pain?
