(AT&T) Phone Is Broken, No Insurance, What Should i Do??

Well I Broke My Phone A Week Ago. And i Have No Insurance.. So Should I Just Buy A New Phone..And Like Renew The Contract..(How Does That Work) and What Phone And Plan Do You Think I Should Get...I Was Looking More Of the Lines Of Like A Blackjack II or something...Please Help Me...Thanks.
