God gave us all enquiring minds and a zest for scholarship as part of out unique makeup. Of course we should use this facility but at the same time honour and respect the learning and leadership of those who have gone before. It is also sadly true that fundamentalists have hijacked religion to their own ends as both Holy Books, Islamic and Christian, respect the sanctity and dignity of life and would not licence anyone to kill.hurt or harm. A living and vibrant faith is an enquiring one and one that is interpreted in the light of living in todays world. More than ever before we now need to show love, dignity and respect to all.
