How to get rid of hereditary bags?
Okay, so I have TERRIBLE, PUFFY, PROMINENT hereditary bags and NOTHING makes them go away (Creams, aloe, vasaline, cold spoons, frozen tea bags, frozen milk cloths, etc) and makeup BARELY corrects them. I WANT THEM GONE!!! Is there any kind of surgery that can remove the fricken puffiness or something!?
